Anhui Leader Wins BSH’s Outstanding Supplier Award

Recently, the "2024 BSH Supplier Conference & Outstanding Supplier Awards Ceremony" was grandly held in Nanjing. Anhui Leader Metal Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Leadshow Group, stood out once again with its excellent Products and services, earning the BSH Outstanding Supplier Award. This follows the recognition of Leadshow Group’s subsidiary Leader Metal as an outstanding supplier in 2021 (a triennial award). Anhui Leader is also the sole awardee in the dishwasher component supplier category.

The conference, themed "Collaborate, Create, Share, and Win Together," brought together over 400 participants from more than 170 BSH suppliers. Among nearly 600 production material suppliers, only 18 (Top 5%) were honored. BSH’s global procurement senior management and China leadership attended the event and delivered speeches. Guo Dong, General Manager of Anhui Leader, and Yang Zhengkun, Deputy General Manager of Operations, were invited to accept the award, marking a glorious milestone.

A Decade of Partnership: Gratitude in Heart, Service in Action (2015–2024)

Leadshow’s subsidiary Leader Metal established a cooperative relationship with BSH in 2015. In 2017, it introduced imported equipment to enhance services and began mass production for BSH’s Anhui production base in 2018, winning the BSH Outstanding Supplier Award in 2021.

To better serve its customers, the Leadshow Group established Anhui Leader Metal Technology Co., Ltd. in Chuzhou, Anhui, in 2021. The 90-acre industrial park serves as Leadshow’s East China production base, gradually relocating Leader Metal’s dishwasher basket capacity from Zhongshan to Anhui. In early 2023, Anhui Leader began installing surface treatment and rough blank production lines for dishwasher baskets. Through the collective efforts of the entire team, small-batch trial production on the imported lines was achieved in less than four months. Meanwhile, in close collaboration with BSH, the company successfully completed audits for factory systems, facilities, production lines, and product approvals, achieving full mass production for BSH in September 2023.

While smoothly transferring production capacity at the Leadshow Group’s East China Smart Industrial Park, Anhui Leader remained committed to delivering high-quality products and comprehensive services. During mass production, the company continuously optimized and innovated, developing several automated production lines and strengthening supply chain management to ensure every process met the highest industry standards. By closely cooperating with BSH’s warehouse and logistics teams, Anhui Leader further optimized logistics and storage structures, transitioning from hourly deliveries via transport carts to a backflushing receipt model. This not only improved logistics efficiency but also created mutual benefits.

The professional and rapid response of the operations and technical teams also earned consistent praise from customers. As a result, in its first year of production, Anhui Leader won high recognition and trust from BSH for its exceptional product quality, on-time delivery, superior service, and continuous innovation, securing the Outstanding Supplier Award.

This 2024 BSH Outstanding Supplier Award is a strong affirmation of Anhui Leader’s products and services.
